Update – 27/03/20
As the coronavirus situation has unfolded, we have looked to proactively implement measures which would allow us to safely maintain normal operations. Following the latest UK Government advice, however, we have sadly now taken the decision to close our workshop and office for the time being.
This is not a decision we take lightly, however, our first priority must be to protect the health and wellbeing of our workers and it is simply impractical to safely carry out many of the tasks required within our workshop whilst observing the Government’s emergency health and safety recommendations.
Our website will stay open as normal and Richard will continue to work from home and will handle any enquiries or orders we receive with all the care and attention to detail that our customers expect. Unfortunately, the shutdown will mean that manufacture of orders will be delayed. Please rest assured that we have sourced and stocked all the materials we need to start production as soon as the situation improves and will run overtime in order to try and reduce any delays.
We anticipate a production time of 10-12 weeks from the point the workshop reopens. If you wish to confirm a new order we will be happy to take a written commitment by email and delay payment of the deposit until we are permitted to return.
We will continue to keep customers updated via email and through this webpage as the situation develops.
Whilst the office is closed our telephone will divert through to a message requesting you to email the: firstname.lastname@example.org email address and leave a contact number for us to return your call.
